If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it with the receipt to Ashwell Gallery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) provided that:
You have contacted us advising us of its return within 7 days of receipt of your purchase
Artwork must be returned undamaged to Ashwell Gallery
It must be received back by the gallery within 10 days of your receipt
Provided the above conditions have been met, we will arrange for a full refund of the costs of the artwork to you. You will not be refunded the delivery costs and you must pay for shipping the work back to us and insurance of the work during transit to us. Refund will not be made until the work has been returned undamaged to us
